I find that online counselling is a wonderful option for many clients. To get the most out of online counselling you will need to have a confidential space. A place where you won’t be interrupted and don’t feel overheard.

Sometimes there are caring duties which mean that interruptions can happen such as looking after a young baby or elderly relative. I am happy for us to work around these if you don’t have any other options.
